African Union Continental AI Strategy

A non-binding strategy endorsed by the AU Executive Council. It asks member states for unified national approaches to AI: governance and regulation, public-sector adoption, skills, infrastructure and data, and a stronger African voice in global AI governance. It is implemented over 2025-2030 in two phases (Phase 1: 2025-2026).
