Chile AI Systems Bill (Boletín 16821-19)

Chile's government bill to regulate AI systems, merged with an earlier motion (15869-19). It takes a risk-based approach: duties depend on the risk level of each use. The Chamber of Deputies passed it in October 2025. It is now in the Senate's science and technology committee, where the government keeps renewing its urgency.
