NSPM-11: AI in the National Security Enterprise
Directs defense and intelligence agencies to adopt advanced AI faster, onboard models from multiple vendors, build high-security computing facilities and create an AI National Security Strategic Reserve of outside experts. It requires an updated directive on autonomy in weapon systems and replaces the 2024 NSM-25.
