Tennessee ELVIS Act (voice and likeness)

Updates Tennessee's personal-rights law to protect a person's voice, as well as name, photograph and likeness, against unauthorized use, including AI voice clones. It allows civil suits over making a person's voice or likeness public without authorization, and over offering tools whose primary purpose is producing a specific person's voice or likeness without authorization.
