Databricks releases a telecom fraud accelerator with an AI investigation agent

Databricks says its Solution Accelerator deploys a fraud pipeline, risk engine, analyst workbench and a tool-calling Genie agent that reads case history and policy, then recommends approve, deny or escalate.

Why it matters: The design keeps people on the decision: the agent recommends and analysts work a review queue. Databricks says the logic sits in one config file, retargetable to fintech or insurance.
