Google pauses its open source bug bounty after a flood of AI-made reports
Google paused its Open Source Software Vulnerability Rewards Program as of October 1, TechCrunch reports, blaming a rise in automated submissions it says are mostly invalid. It promises an update in the first quarter of 2027.
