AgentsNEWVenture capitalLiveHuman in loop: unclear
YC's Garry Tan says he spends $100,000 to $200,000 a year on agent tokens
Tan told Walter Isaacson's podcast his agent has read his email, Dropbox and Apple Notes, and that YC runs an internal agent, Stray Light, holding context on every founder it has backed, TechCrunch reports. He says costs must fall.
Why it matters: A heavy user puts real numbers on agent cost and data access. Before copying this setup, decide which records an agent may read and who checks that scope.
